Add depth and punch to flat footage by raising contrast locally in the midtones. Clouds, stonework, fabric, and faces gain definition without the global contrast change that would crush shadows.
Clarity, radius, and focus
Clarity from -100 to 100 sets the direction and amount. Radius sets how wide the neighbourhood is. Tonal Focus keeps the effect in the midtones and away from the deepest shadows and brightest highlights.
Noise
Positive clarity also raises the contrast of noise. On low-light footage, denoise first with the video denoiser.
