These terms cover the use of vayce.app, its tools, its workflows, and its embeds. Using the site means accepting them.
1. Free to use
Every tool is free. There is no account, no paid tier, no usage cap, and nothing held back behind a signup.
You do not need permission to use a tool for commercial work, and there is no limit on how many files you run through one.
2. Your files and your output
Files you open in a tool are processed by your browser and never sent to Vayce. That is a technical fact before it is a legal one: Vayce cannot claim rights over your files because it never receives them.
Anything you produce with a tool is yours. Converted images, rendered audio, generated text, hashes, codes, and workflow presets carry no license from us and no attribution requirement.
3. Embedding a tool
Any tool can be embedded on your own site, including a commercial one, at no cost and without asking. See the embed page for the three ways to place one.
Two conditions:
- Do not present an embedded tool as your own product, or wrap the frame in advertising.
- Do not alter the frame to hide where the tool comes from.
The credit link under the frame is optional. Keeping it or deleting it changes nothing about how the tool works.
Embeds load live from vayce.app, so a tool you embed can change when the tool changes. A tool can also be renamed, replaced, or retired, which will break an embed pointing at it. Nothing here is a guarantee of permanent availability at a fixed URL.
4. What the site itself is
The tools, source code, design, written content, and generated assets on vayce.app belong to Vayce unless stated otherwise on the page.
You are free to use them. You may not copy the code or content and republish it as your own work or as a competing site. Quoting an article with a link back is fine.
Automated access that degrades the site for other people, such as bulk scraping of every page, is not permitted.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as is, with no guarantee that a tool is correct, available, or fit for what you are using it for.
The work happens on your hardware, so results depend on your browser, its version, and the file you give it. A large file can exhaust the tab’s memory. A codec your browser lacks will not decode. An effect can render differently between browsers.
Check output that matters before you publish it, and keep the original of any file you process. Vayce is not liable for lost work, a failed export, or a decision made from a tool’s result.
6. Local storage is not a backup
Saved workflow presets and remembered settings live in your browser’s storage on one device. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using private browsing removes them, and nothing is synced or held on a server.
To keep a workflow, copy its link. The URL carries the full chain.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use a tool to break the law, to process files you have no right to, or to produce material that infringes someone else’s rights. What you run through a tool is your responsibility, since Vayce has no visibility into it.
8. Links to other sites
Articles link to external documentation and sources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Data
What is measured when you browse the site is written out in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms can change as the site does. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
